Why did we develop the InnovImpact Incubator (III)?
III was created to help fill a crucial gap in the startup ecosystem—focusing on ventures at the prototype stage, where early support is most impactful and often most overlooked in incubator and accelerator programs.
III is designed to support early stage startups are ready to embark on their “third phrase” after they’ve created a concept, developed a working business model, have pitched their ideas, and are ready to build a working prototype. III is ideal for startups that:
- Have a clear solution: You’ve identified a critical problem, developed a business model, and built a prototype or proof of concept.
- Are ready to test: You’re eager to validate your product, refine its features, and engage with your target market.
- Want to maximize impact: Your venture is focused on creating significant, positive social or environmental change.

Interactive Workshops: Hands-on sessions on prototyping, market validation, early-stage strategies, and measuring impact.
Expert Mentorship: Tailored advice from seasoned entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and social impact experts.

Time Commitment
III is a 4-month program that is designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs while driving tangible results. This program requires active participation and commitment from your team to achieve meaningful progress.
What to Expect:
- Live Workshops: 1 hour per session, weekly.
- Mentorship Sessions: 6 sessions in total.
- Additional Work: 2–5 hours per week for prototyping, market testing, and refining your business model.
- Demo Day: pitch to investors and partners at the end of the III program and take your business forward.
