Purpose in Motion (PIM) is seeking exceptional individuals like you to embark on a transformative journey through our Management Trainee Program. <strong>Are you up for the challenge?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the Management Trainee Program?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Management Trainee Program at PIM is designed for undergraduates, master&#8217;s students, and gap year students who are eager to gain practical experience and develop a wide range of skills. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with various departments at PIM, including programs, impact evaluation, education facilitation, marketing, and business development. This program offers both an internship and a learning opportunity, allowing you to customize your own learning plan and receive mentorship from senior staff members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Highlights:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work on diverse projects ranging from organizing a Global Competition on Technology for Good to creating a social entrepreneurship accelerator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with a global team of mentors from over 30+ countries and students representing 100+ countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain exposure to leading corporates, foundations, universities, accelerators, and global entrepreneurs and experts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate closely with the program management team to plan and deliver PIM 10th Anniversary events, Tech4Good offline programs, and Tech4Good online mentorship events. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather content, conduct interviews, and capture visual materials to showcase student projects, success stories, and mentorships initiatives, and enhance the organization&#8217;s brand visibility and engagement on our social media accounts <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, instructional design, and program management to align content creation with broader marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, new educational methodologies, and relevant topics to make recommendations for process improvements and for content creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficient English (mandatory) and Chinese (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undergraduate or graduate student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in content creation for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in using the following tools: Canva, Zoom, Google.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effectively in cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and input from various stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Time Commitment: Minimum commitment of 6 months<br>Meeting Commitments: Must be available for team meetings (Tuesday 9:30-10:30am China time) <br>Location: Remote<br>Application Deadline: June 14, 2024<br>Start Date: Any time between June to August 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we offer (benefits):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stipend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join PIM&#8217;s network of talented leaders around the world<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentorship from senior members of the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priority consideration for full-time positions at PIM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommendation Letter (previous interns have pursued MBA, MPA, Education, Law in top US and European universities)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Well-rounded and dynamic experience in a supportive team environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthy work-life balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don&#8217;t miss out on this incredible opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating positive change.
